All sessions are face to face unless you prefer to work online using WhatsApp or video call.
I charge £75 for your first initial session which is 85 minutes long.
Any follow up sessions are £45 and an hour long - children are charged at £40 and young adults £45.
If you are booking an online session then please highlight that on your booking form or email me so I can send an appointment link.
Alternatively, you can call, email or text me to book any session or for further information.
All communications are strictly confidential and you can use the submissions form for confidential email enquiries if you prefer.

Online sessions
I am now offering online hypnotherapy sessions @ £75 so you can access support if you are abroad or unable to come to see me at my practice in Brighton. This can be particularly useful for clients who may not be able to book face to face session or who might have anxiety around that, for follow up sessions or who live too far away.
A simple pre session form is sent to ensure you understand that sessions are private and secure, that no recordings can be made and that it is the client’s responsibility to give themselves time not to be disturbed during their session.
I work from my home office so I can be as flexible as possible.
If you’d like to see me outside of the hours listed here then I will make every effort to accommodate you.

I’m just off Seven Dials roundabout in Brighton so easily accessible by buses, a short walk up from Brighton station. Pay and display parking is available on adjacent streets. Full address will be sent when booking is made.
