Overcoming Anxiety

Increasingly we seem to accept anxiety, panic attacks and stress related conditions as just a part of modern life, but they don't have to be. 

Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life – we might feel anxious about sitting an exam, or having a medical test or job interview. Feeling nervous during those occasions can be perfectly normal.

But if you are finding it hard to control your worries, if feelings of anxiety are more constant and can are affecting your daily life or if nerves are affecting your performance during exams or at work then hypnotherapy can be used to overcome those feelings.

Often your major symptoms of anxiety can be treated in just one session. 

There are many different types of anxiety so in your consultation we'll discuss what you'd like to change.  We'll use a combination of techniques to help you rewrite your anxious reactions, gradually building up your confidence and your ability to stay calm.

I will help you remove your underlying anxiety and its symptoms and help you make the changes permanent.
